Office hours: Variable (part-time contract): students can contact me 0900-2130 7 days a week. When not actually performing/teaching, I can usually be found in a basement practice room, or lecture theatre 1 or 4.

Accompanist, performance tutor/coach and performance examiner at all undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

 

Biography

Former head chorister of Westminster Abbey;  Instrumental scholar at Balliol College, Oxford, where he read Theoretical Physics and Philosophy.  Daniel wrote geophysics software and taught computing to postgraduates for several years before becoming a professional musician.

Teaching

Module co-ordinator for level 2 performance:  MUSS2320 (B.A.) and MUSS2340 (B.Mus.)

Accompanist and principal class teacher for:

– Level 3 performance (MUSI3321, 3332, 3340 and 3345)

– M.Mus. performance (short recital and recital modules)
